4 security recommendations for your company
Happy Safer Internet Day! Security is one of our raisons d'être. That's why we want to give you some tips to avoid fraud and problems on the Internet.

Strong passwords
Create long passwords with numbers and symbols, if possible.
One idea might be to intersperse words that don't seem to make sense - but make sense to you, so you can remember them - with numbers and/or symbols.
Password management
Proper password management is as important as creating a strong password.
Make sure that:
- You do not save passwords in your browser.
- You do not reuse passwords.
- You do not share your passwords.
- You renew your passwords from time to time.
Beware of phishing
In phishing, the scammer poses as someone you trust to obtain information.
Make sure you do not open links in messages whose sender is not 100% known.
Do not give out passwords or any sensitive data by e-mail.
If you buy on the Internet, make sure they are real websites or verified suppliers, such as B2B Safe.
Practice prevention
There are three activities that help us prevent attacks on our data as well as making sure we don't lose our information if we are attacked.
Anti-spam filters
We have anti-spam filters and software that allow us to restrict the entry of unwanted emails.
Antivirus
This type of software scans our devices to check if there is any virus or malicious application that steals our information.
Backups
Whether we apply the other measures or not, it is interesting to have a copy of our information and files in a cloud storage system so as not to lose it.
